So this recipe I originally adapted from one of Jamie Oliver's Paella recipes, which actually received quite a lot of backlash from Spaniards claiming that adding Chorizo to this mix is a sin! These mini cheesecakes are a tasty, surprisingly quick and impressive dessert to prepare in advance and plate up when you're having dinner guests, everyone is sure to love them! The filling is super creamy and smooth with a subtle pistachio and raspberry flavour, with a crunchy amaretti biscuit base. I found I didn't add enough melted butter to the base mixture, so add a little extra butter if you find the base too crumbly!

Simple Tomato Soup Recipe


Vegetable Oil
x4 Diced Cloves of Garlic
x1 Diced Carrot
x2 Diced Brown Onions
x2 Fresh Tomatoes
1 Can Plum Tomatoes
1/4 Cup of Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper
1 litre Chicken or Vegetable Stock
Fresh or Dried Basil
Basil Pesto to serve

I wanted to show everyone how to make Nutella Brownies! This recipe is so easy & quick, you only need 1 cup of Nutella and the flavour is just delicious. Everyone loves my special Nutella Brownie Recipe!

Duck is my favourite type of poultry, it’s a good source of protein and can be super tasty and succulent when cooked well. This easy 10 step recipe goes for maximum flavour of course, so we are leaving the skin on the duck breast and serving with a lovely red wine jus. Enjoy it with double cooked crispy potatoes, broccolini and a glass of vino to finish off the ‘red wine’ theme.

100mg McKenzie's Tas-Saff infused saffron threads
750g caster sugar
½ vanilla bean
10 cardamom pods, crushed
1 small cinnamon stick
1L water

250g plain sweet biscuits
