After a day of shopping in West London I stopped by Sketch in Mayfair for a cocktail - it's an 18th Century style teahouse and bar with some seriously stunning interior!
There are three different rooms, one is the front bar serving cocktails and nibbles and the other two are breathtakingly beautiful with pink velvet and exotic printed walls. Here you can have yourself a high tea worthy of royalty! I never thought I'd say I'm impressed by a toilet, but seriously, those of you who have been here know the 'bathroom' is simply a work of art! It's a complete white out room with coloured stained glass roof tiles and alien-looking, white stand alone pods as toilets. You may notice mostly everyone taking selfies in there.. myself included.
I didn't plan ahead and book a table so I only stayed for a drink (a fabulous mango cocktail whipped up by the bartender), but walking past the other patrons tables and drooling over their scones and cakes has inspired me to book in the next few weeks and make a day of it. This would be a really impressive place to take family or friends visiting London, it'll make them want to move here!
My look for the day was practical (wedges for hours of shopping) but super cute! I bought this frilly off the shoulder top for £15 from Pretty Little Things available here, now I have this in white and black also because I love it so much! It comes with a matching neck piece, classy and versatile, it practically goes with anything.
My shorts are a light and breathable fabric, pick them up from Topshop here for only £26.
This pink woven bag from Zara is my new favourite for summer! It's so fun and the size makes it an easy cross body bag to take with you when you're on the go. Make it yours for £49.99 here!
